Check out how students at Stuart Mesa School brought art to life in a whole new way!
They added a vibrant glow to our MTM curriculum and organized an incredible art show.
Led by teacher Ashley Haight, students in grades 1st – 5th explored famous artists including Cézanne, Matisse, O’Keeffe, Picasso, Van Gogh, and da Vinci. They used neon, UV reactive, and black light mediums to create these luminous masterpieces.
And they creatively featured the school’s English bulldog mascot wearing a Renaissance-style hat inspired by our da Vinci lesson.
Stuart Mesa School’s amazing art show is a beautiful example of students connecting with art history through hands-on expression.
Great job Stuart Mesa, we love seeing schools bring creativity and innovation into the classroom!
