Thanksgiving is here.
A time to pause. Reflect. Give thanks.
And as we look back on this year, we keep coming back to one thing:
What art actually does.
It teaches kids to see the world differently. To appreciate beauty in unexpected places. To find joy in creation.
That’s a gift. And it’s one we get to share because of you.
- So to the parents who fundraise and advocate: You make art possible when budgets fall short. Thank you for fighting for creativity.
- And to the teachers leading each lesson: You’re not just teaching brush strokes but also showing students that their ideas matter. That’s powerful.
- To the principals who say “yes” to art: You’re making space for something schools desperately need. Thank you for keeping creativity alive.
- And to the students discovering their voice: Every time you pick up a brush, you’re learning more than technique. You’re learning confidence, expression, and problem-solving.

We’re grateful for all of it.
This year, thousands of young artists discovered Frida Kahlo’s boldness, Van Gogh’s emotion, and Picasso’s imagination. They learned that art isn’t about perfection but perspective.
So as you gather around the table this Thanksgiving, take a moment to appreciate the creativity around you. The kid who draws constantly. The child who found confidence through creation.
That’s art at work.
Check out our student gallery for work that reminds us why we do this.
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Meet the Masters.
