Terms and Conditions of Meet the Masters, Inc.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services
provided by Meet the Masters, Inc. (“Company”) in relation to art education
programs and resources. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be
bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Use of Services: a. The services provided by Meet the Masters, Inc.
include art education programs, in-person instruction, online instruction,
art resources, and art related materials. b. The content provided by the
Company, including but not limited to lessons, artworks, and instructional
materials, is for educational purposes only. It should not be used for any
commercial or unauthorized purposes.

2. Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights, including
copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Company’s services and
content, are owned by Meet the Masters, Inc. or its licensors. b. Users are
granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to access and
use the Company’s services and content solely for educational purposes. c.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative
works of the Company’s content without prior written consent.

3. User Conduct: a. Users agree to use the Company’s services in a lawful
and responsible manner. b. Users shall not engage in any activities that
may infringe upon the rights of others or disrupt the Company’s services.
c. Users shall not upload, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful,
obscene, offensive, or infringing upon the rights of others.

4. Privacy: a. The Company collects and processes personal information in
accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to
the collection and processing of your personal information as described in
the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability: a. The Company shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising

disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to

accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meet the Masters,
Inc. is located.

By using the services provided by Meet the Masters, Inc., you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using the
Company’s services.
